Delivery. Most cheerleading shoes are usually available to ship within 5-7 business day following your order. All online orders will ship USPS or UPS ground shipping, per the discretion of Cheerleading Shoes for Less. We cannot guaranee exact delivery dates. All delivery dates are approximate. For questions on expidited shipping of your order please call 989.843.0810 and a Customer Service Specialist will be happy to assist you.
Shoes. Please do not machine wash leather shoes. Shoes that are washed are not considered defective and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes should be tried on, on a clean carpet surface and clean socks should be worn in case the shoe needs to be exchanged.
Returns and Exchanges. Cheerleading Shoes for Less wants you to be happy with your purchases! If you are not, please use the Return Form that you will find enclosed with your shipment on the back of your invoice. All returns must be accompanied by the Return Form to ensure that your return is processed properly and credited to your account. Always use either UPS ground tracking or the post office’s “Return Receipt Requested” service so your shipment can be traced if lost. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping charges to ship returned or exchanged merchandise back to Cheerleading Shoes for Less. Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed once they are received. Call or Email a customer service specialist for returns information and authorization numbers.
Defective items returned within 60 days will be refunded or exchanged. Defective returns cannot be credited until judged to be defective at our warehouse.
Non-defective items returned within 30 days will be refunded or exchanged only if they are unworn and in their original packaging. Shoes (including boxes) that have had names or makring writtn on/in them, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes must bve in their original, unmarked box and include all inserts. Shoes with soiled or worn bottoms, scuffs, or any sign of wear are not returnable.
Shortages or Mis-Shipments. Any shortages or mis-shipments must be reported within 10 days of receipt of your order. All orders should be checked upon receipt for accuracy.
Inventory. This website does not operate on realtime inventory. All products are subject to availability. If your order includes a product that is currently out of stock you will be contacted by a customer service representative.
